oh, well i tried getting alot off with acetone but alot didnt come off either, so what do i do then?

just lightly sand them smooth prime and paint

how much grit, and does it matter that theres left over paint on there?

I used 250 then 500 on mine and no not as long a you get it smooth
and to wet sand I ued 1500 and 2000

what exactly is wetsanding? and when in the process should i do it?

lol wow ok wetsand paper is just that sand paper that is made to be used wet .
soak it in a bucket a water for 10-15 min then keep dipping it every few min as you sand and it it the clear that you wet sand so paint tonight wet sand tomarrow after it has dried then buff to a shine if you do a decent job you may not even have to wet sand depends on the shine you want. its not real hard just do it and use common sense

haha ok i know im dumb, but ive never done it before. Thank you all for all the help! and ill let you know powerz about the dealer and stuff thatd be huge if i cant get it
