I say go with the black. I'm not a big fan of the color matched headlights.

If you color matched you would probably be one of the first to do it on this site.
I say go blue, take pictures, and you can always pull them out again and repaint them. They might end up rocking ballz.
Nothing ventured, nothing gained

I used a product made by 3M Automix series called TPO plastic repair. You have to have an automix gun to use it though. I then covered the the point where the lens meets the body of the headlamp with Butyl/dum dum tape. I manage a paint and body shop I have access to lots of goodies. The dum dum/ butyle tape is about $9.00 for a 10 foot roll. The TPO plastic repair is about $60 for 1 tube (which is all you need) I do not know how much the gun is though. You can get the stuff from O'reilly auto parts if there is one in your area.

I would have to bet that your headlights are the cleanest, and best done headlights on this forum (quality wise). You should consider making them and selling them on e-bay. Or offering members to send their headlights in to you for you to paint them, for a fee of course...

I'd be game for that. You should order a few assemblies. I just tell you what color I wanted. I pay and you ship the entire thing . That way all I have to do is swap them out.
then you could offer to buy the old assemblies. You could then turn around, paint and sell those. We get a choice on whether to buy a used painted assembly, or a brand new one. Everybody saves a little extra money. The consumer saves a little time, and you rake in cash for a job that you're obviously already proficient at doing.
Jesus SOMEONE should do this.
