peeling paint

has anyone else had trouble with there paint peeling off down to the bare metal? on my front passenger door at the bottom i have a spot about 4 inches long peeling off

does any1 know if there is some kind of warranty on the paint or if that was just covered in the 60,000 bumper to bumper

ive heard this is fairly common in our cars. i know someone on here got his repainted, i cant find the thread though.
