I have a black 2007 cobalt. I want to put some eyelids on no questions asked. but I cannot decide for the life of me whether i want pink or black eyelids.
this is a "girlie" car seeing as im a girl so no one say "thats gay" lol
but if i did do pink how would that look.
I'm going to get pink pinstripes, pink LED's for the front grill and tire wells, and some pink license plate holders.
but my biggest thing is would pink eyelids look okay? or is that just dumb

if someone could photoshop a picture of a black cobalt with pink eyelids that would be awesome!

also does anyone know of a cheap place to buy some hot pink pinstripes to fit a cobalt. I found some but they are $65 in a kit.
or is that a good price for pinstripes?

 

well since u are a girl, i would say black eyelids with pink pinstripes,at least that way your car still looks clean, but i dont know about the pink led on the tire wells,or the grill, but is up 2 your taste, just be careful with 2 much pink or the brightness of it, because it could end up looking bad.

 

Get with PinkStripedCobalt and look at her profile to see her's. She has a pink on black setup.

go with the blac eyelids to keep the flow of the car going, but may i suggest painting all the bowties pink to really accent the car... just a thought

 

A friend of mine says she is going to paint my bowties pink all the time. That would be a good place to start if ya ask me.

You could probably pop off the side mirrors and do the covering over in pink too so long as you sand it and clear coat it.

Let us know how your progress goes, I would like to see more girly cobalts!

 

good ideas guys. i like the bowties pink idea. although all i have is one bow tie in the front. i took off the back for a cleaner look. perhaps the mirrors too. but ill have to play with that idea.. thank you for the suggestions! keep them coming if you have anymore.

 

Hey I like the pink and black, Im a guy (NOT GAY) and I have a black SS With pink pinstripes and a pick bunny on the back. I love the look on peoples faces when they get dusted by a car with a pink bunny

try going to a part store that specialized in paint and body work. Im not talking about an autozone or pepboys. but something more body work orianted. I went to this one place around my town to pick up my paint and they had dozens and dozens of pin strip effects.

 

imo, pink eyelids may look a little odd. i'd keep them black. pink bow ties sound like a cool idea. with the black they'd, well it, would really stand out. are you planning anything for the interior?
