I dunno about Pearl white and then tinting the tails and headlights..regular white and tint would look sweet though. Ive always thought a dark blue cobalt would look sexy. I wouldnt mind having my rally yellow cobalt with darker too. Would look sick.

 

i love blue cobalts....maybe try a nice blue rather than white..wont have to wash your as much lol

 

I think only a couple of people have said two tone so far.


A black/white two tone would look really sweet.

I have been considering that also. My trunk is CF and I plan on getting a OEM CF hood so I would do the top black and do the bottom white. Its a possibility just got to run it buy my friend and see if hes willing to do it, I mean hes doing it for free so I cant be too picky

 

i think it would look good with a CF trunk, hood, and top of your car, but not the whole top half, just the Square part, like some of the new TC's have.

A good friend of mine on here WickedSS2005 tried and tried to get me to paint mine white when it got keyed. I considered it since i'd be the only one..... But i dont think anyone realized the extent of work that is put into when you go through a color change... Well at least when its done the right way. I did a color change on my Iroc, it was insane! We pulled the motor, took the hatch, doors, hood, ground fx and ALL of the interior out of it. It is a LONG process. Im not telling you to NOT do it bc it would be badass if you did. Im just telling you its gonna cost A LOT of money.

Im a one car kinda guy. If a car can't do it all, I don't want it lol. I want a milano red TSX type-S sooo badly. I think im gonna have a little bit more fun with my car this summer after I get a tune and some drag radials, and then try to trade it in this fall.

 

I wouldn't do it unless the engine bay was done too... Bc i mean who wants to open a hood, door or trunk and see another color... Im sorry but to me thats tacky.

 

Im gonna pick up a older honda and just use it as my DD so I can actually put the balt down for a bit so I can do some more extensive mods and I wont have to worry about not having a car if I blow the balt up

Door jams and trunk will be done now, but the bay will have to wait until I can get another DD, i mean if my car was yellow or something I would just wait but black wont look horrible

oh hey, JRelly, after reading "check out ZeroType.org" probally a thousand times, I finally did. Pretty sweet car club. My car club "Team Trance" (im founder/el presidente ) used to have a website, but it got hacked. The team has been gaining and losing members alot recently, so we're waiting till things settle to get another site going.

One of the members was my now ex-girlfriend..........man I put SO much money, time and effort into her '05 Tiburon V6 6-speed......and now I have nothing to show for it.......
