problem with 3rd gen projector head lights

I ordered a pair of projector headlights from spec-d tuning. and today i was putting them in. the drivers side went in allright, lined up, little gap at the corner near the grill. then i tried puttin the passenger side light in and it didnt line up, there is some of the light sticking out passed the body frame, it just didnt fit.. any suggestions, comments? anyone else have this trouble before?

made some adjustments, the lights are an acceptable fit. i am very pleased with the intenisty of the lights. i will post some pics of it tomorrow during the day time.

actually, i had no problem aiming them.. i put some tape up where my stock headlights were. then put my new ones in, and the light was right there, took it out for a spin and it was SICK! such a huge difference. except when i came back, i realized the left side was a touch lower than the right.. so imma adjust that tomorrow for sure

So! Washed my car the other day and noticed two things: 1) they finally got condensation in them. Not too happy about it but, it has rained every 3 days here for the past month so I figure I can't be too upset.

2) This is hard to explain....this is not condensation but theres all these marks inside the headlight cover. It almost looks like its cracking or something. I have to take pics of it tomorrow since it is going to be nice out but, if its something I can't fix I might just return them and get a new pair cause I have never heard of them cracking.

How do you even aim them though? I looked on the back for any kind of adjustor and couldn't see anything that looked like it would work.

Mine are doing the same thing. It's only when you look at them from the side. If mine get too bad I might attempt to install my stock lenses on the 3rd gens.

there's a how-to on aiming projectors........ there should be little hex heads that you use a socket to turn

Yeah I know, I might end up replacing the headlight cover on these with my stock ones. Such a pain in the ass though, it would be nice if these companies selling aftermarket parts would put a little more time into their products. Who wants to go to a car show and be known as the guy with the cool headlights that you can barely see cause theres random condensation inside them.
