Which Projector Headlights

I'm going to purchase a set of projector headlights but between my son and I we are undecided on which type to get chrome or black. What do you think would look best on a Sport Tint Red SS/SC?

They suck to aim, but they look gorgeous. Get black.

if you're keeping the stock wheels the obvious choice would be the chrome ones.

Thanks for you replies. I went and did a cut and paste of the lights on a picture of my Balt. The black didn't look very good with that color so I ordered the chrome ones today.

I picked chrome. Everyone gets black. The chrome looks very nice on my orange cobalt.

Thanks for the pics........you didn't by any chance convert to HID lighting did you? I'm wondering how to dispose of the auto lights on option.

Oh lord, here is my list of what I have changed with my projectors.

1. Changed top 3 LED's to amber to match the turn signal.
2. Changed high beam for Luminics Ultra Whites
3. Changed low beams to 4300 K Vision Bulbs HID's
4. Rewired high beam where the low beams will stay on when the high beams are on

I don't know how to "dispose" of the auto lights. I always leave mine on.

In my case my car stays in the garage so when I start it up the headlights come on. Suuposedly that is not good for the HID system. Everyone I know had some way to disable the auto headlights (none own a cobalt).

At how my high beams are wired up, my low beams will come on every time I unlock my car. Then, once you open the door they will turn off. Then they will turn on when I turn the car on. They have been doing this for about 6 months and I have not had any problems. I wouldn't think it would be an issue. New BMW's and Mercedes come with auto lights and HID's. It would be the same thing for them when they park in a garage.

I don't care for the new style. Wish someone would make them without LEDs and Halos.

I sent you a PM. Yeah, the harness seems like it don't fit (I tried it out) but it does snap together.....just have to give it a wiggle and push hard.

Take out the OEM headlight assembly. You will transfer this wiring harnes to the halo projectors.

Remove the wiring harness

Transfer the harness to the halos.....

do different model balts have different wiring? the harness on the new set seem to have only 3 prongs. so just kinda force it in?
