Projector Issues

My cut off line is tilted. Anyone know if it's the location of the bulb? Or is it that they were manufactured with a messed up cut off shield?

it will have a kink in the middle of it....to indicate the center....

Here's an idea of what it is. It's not near that severe, but this will give you an idea of what I'm talking about. Both are like this.
