I am going to be bringing this back from the dead. I have the same situation. My quarter panel is screwed a to uck.. Which web site or dealer can I buy the quarter panel replacement. My qoute front bumper quarter panel back bumper and various litlle things like clips came out to a $5,000 bill.

mine costed 9586 total with labour

i think it came out to like 5k including new rim i cant recall total, im not sure if they replaced the whole side of the car or just pulled it and cut and replaced. either way its good now

The labor listed in the dealer book says for the removal of the quarter panel is 18hours, because chevy designed it so intelligently. you have to remove the door, rear glass, side glass, rear facia (bumper), and front fender. Really smart move in the designing of the body panels...

Mine was hit after owning the car for 2 weeks, body guy thats a family friend, beat the quarter panel back out as much as he could and then bondo'd it didnt even take close to the 18hours it would of taken just to remove the panel.

would rather of had it replaced.....

in all honesty a quarter panel job should go through to the insurance and unless you are an EXPERIANCED body tech you should not even think about cutting and gluing/welding one on for all of the people on here that think its easy....

dealer books 18 hours but most shops will cut and splice in the quarter rather then doing the full replacement. nothing wrong with that. its easier. i do the full panel replacement when i do them on any gm.
