Replacing old spoiler with SS spoiler

Anyone know where I can get a black SS spoiler for a little cheaper than GM sells them for? I doubt it given that GM is the one that manufactures it but figured I'd ask. Just looking to swap it out with my LT spoiler.

i think if you take a bone stock 2.2 and slap an SS/SC spoiler on it it'll look awkward to say the least. but it can definitely be pulled off, i think my car will be lookin good wiht it once it's lowered/tinted/rim'd. throw a body kit on there and you'll be lookin good. sure you won't be any faster but at least for me since i dont race my car i'm throwin down more money towards appearance so i can at least look good while i go slow
rice? i'd like to think not. i have no problem with a car that's tastefully modded appearance-wise, especially if racing isn't a big thing to you but you enjoy modding your car. </2cents>

At the school across the street from mine there's a girl that drives a black base G5 with the high spoiler, lowered on 18" Konig Unknowns. It looks great. Stock 15 or 16's and at stock height probably wouldn't look so good.

i think lowering alone would make it look better, the ss spoiler on stock suspension would make the back look really high

Come on don't be that guy "Oh the high rise spoiler only looks good on a car thats $27,000 not a car thats $13,000 but the same thing body wise other than the very subtle body kit"

Yeah when I had mine on my stock springs it looked....well....out of place. Now that it is lowered and on rims it looks better. Still I would rather wingless, getting sick of not being able to see when I back up.
