Retrofit projector help?

Okay so ive had my stock headlights laying around not getting sold, so ive decided im going to try to do a set of retrofit projectors. so if anyone could help me out that would be great!! im looking at the E55 Bixenon projectors, and i know ive gotta get shrouds for them too, but what else will i need for this project?

i guess my main questions are;
1. What all do i need?
2. Whats the easiest way to get the lense off the housing?
3. I do have to cut into the back to make the projector fit right?

and im sure ill have more questions but those are the most important right now. lol!

any help is greatly appreciated!

I can answer the last two:

2) The easiest way to get the housing apart is to bake it in the oven. You will need to put it on a cookie sheet and let it sit in the oven for a bit (10 minutes or so) at around 200 Degrees (Farenheit...)... just enough to melt the glue that seals the lights... then just pry the lights open after they come out of the oven.

3) You will need to cut the stock reflector in order to put the projectors in.

as far as question 1 and installation: https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/show...light=retrofit

Expect to drop a few hundred on it depending on what you buy.
