Some gauge info
Sent an email to Auto Meter to inquire about the availabilty of mounts for the 'balt.
We have great news. We are working on a dual and triple gauge "full
pillar" for the Cobalt. We should have them available in about 4 weeks.
Please check back in a couple weeks for an update and possibly a model
number.
Please also note that these A-pillar mounts will not work with the
Cobalt with the airbag on the Pillar.
Thank you,
Matt
Too bad I have the airbags.

Or prevent it from functioning entirely. It would have to be pretty damn secure to stop 200mph of air from forcing its way out, but I suppose it isn't impossible.
Or, maybe the airbag works anyway and having the pillar there means you'd be having a pillar with multiple pods slamming into your face during a crash, rather than an airbag.
