SS Spoiler Install

I would like to take off my LS Coupe spoiler and install an SS spoiler. Do I have to make new holes or does the SS spoiler just fit into the old LS Coupe spoiler holes?

As long as its the LS coupe it will fit right up, no new holes needed.

You might be able to find someone to trade spoilers with you.

what he said^^
there are quite a few SS/SC people here who despise the big wing on the back. you'd probably be able to find somebody willing to trade either the wings or the entire decklid with you. it would probably be easier to swap full lids than spoilers.

I have pretty much the same sort of question. I have the SS sedan spoiler, and was wondering if I could just bolt the coup spoiler right on (not the SS/SC wing)

The sedans spoilers and coupe spoilers do not interchange like the coupes do. Our holes in the trunk lid are closer together then the coupes. altho i believe a sedan has put a coupe spoiler on there car and all they did was just redrill new holes. and it my be close enough that the wing mounted to the new holes cover up the old ones.

Kyle, the sedan and the coupe spoiler are different distances between the bolt holes. If you pull the sedan spoiler off, to mount the coupe spoiler you will need to drill holes and the other holes will need to covered up the other option is the GM Unique Spoiler for the sedan. Here is a picture of my sedan with the spoiler.
