Im getting my fog hid's next month. Some kits do come with instructions, but some dont. There is a how to on how to install HID's I believe. Just search for that part. You just have to wire them with your day time running lights. I didnt put my halos for daytime, because I didnt want my halos to be on all day. The lower the kelvin the more orange/red you get. 6k is the brightest so far.

A projector retrofit on your stock lenses is the best way to go. Or buy a set of projector lenses and put HIDs in them. Again....DO NOT put HIDs in your stock lenses.
I wasnt going to thanks for the info. I couldnt do the retrofit cause I have no idea how to haha

Ya I just found the how to on those. Do they say how to wire to daytime? and does that affect the automatic headlight option?

oh i completely agree. I have 6k and ive tried just about every color temp.
it looks the best, while still keeping a high output.
Im still very partial to 7500-8000, but the output begins to drop off.
The lumens output of 4300 is pretty much as good as it gets, but it looks to much like a halogen to me

You mean the auto light switch? I have a ss/sc too. This is what mine do:

Daytime: Blinker bulbs are on

Nighttime: Led's and halo's only

OR

Everything on.

Thats how I have my set up.

Yes exactly, thats how it is for me now just the blinkers are on. Then when it gets dark the normal headlights go on well i think with the blinkers as well. Im just wondering if it affects those without having to actually turn anything on. Cause now its all automatic

No it doesnt affect anything. You just add another thing to your regular set up. An Add-on

Yeah, I would seriously reccomend someone else doing it, if you are unsure on what to do.

And your welcome bro. Anytime you need help with your lights, just PM me, and ill see what I can do.

Just one more thing, make sure when you get your bulbs, make sure you dont touch the bulb itself. It has special oils on the the surface of the bulb, and if you touch/blow on it, it will mess it up.
