I remember a post about these but I don't know if anything every panned out about them. The guy was promoting another guy that was trying to sell them to a vendor on here, but like said before I don't know if anything every happened with them. He had proposed allot of other cool LED projects aswell.

It all depends on the availability of the passat tail lights. They are hard to find and when you do find some they are pricey. By the way did you check out the videos that are about 3-4 posts down?

I believe this was a project that nitehawk was working on and yes he is a member here.

 

yes nighthawk is working on the set im currently waiting on word back from him about sending me the set he has completed to demo before his final design im going to send him a message on aim very soon

 

try looking at some truckstops, they are starting to sell 40+ LED tail light boards... probably cheaper then buying Passat lights
