Here is a crappy cell phone vid of how fast this bitch spools! This is at 40mph 2nd gear no brake boosting just hit the gas and let off.

Finally donkeyballs is out of the garage and time to finish my BYT LSJ EFR 6758.

God i cant wait, impressive numbers and setup. Saw it in person a few times before it was done and its sweet.

Congrats to BYT on the great install and numbers. Plenty more to go there for sure.

yep the efr is great and the spool is retarded fast. the definately sounds deeper and throaty sounding. ive had nothing but great sucess even running a atmospheric blow off valve. still need to do the final tuning and get my pipes re powder coated but this is definately the route to go.

I'll let you know when the wife gets home to see if she had any plans. I wanted to start messing with my suspension also but that could wait.

Nick the roads up here are much better and i took all the parts and **** out so i haven't had any problems rubbing I'm gonna put the tall springs in anyway and see if i get more traction out of the hole.

So i just put my tall springs in and took it for a ride to test them out and this expedition thought it would be funny to race me cause i blew by him. The light turns green i barely get on it and he has it ***** to the wall lol.. So i keep next to him at 40mph pumping the gas so its blowing off like crazy and he's shaking his head laughing. So i put the hammer down and the tires were blazing through 2nd and half way through 3rd and i was gone haha. I turned off he past me with the biggest smile on his face and was giving me the thumbs up. I know it wasn't a challenge but the look on his face was priceless when my econo box went tearing past him.

I forget who donkey said he bought that setup off of but IIRC it was the test set for this car or something like that.

These were the first set of stance coilovers ever made for the balt and I have the only ones in existence lol.. As far as I know I also have taller rear springs with a higher spring rate and handles much better with them.

those are the first set of stances ever made. they are camber and caster plates and came special to the original guy....taller springs and higher rates are possible to get from stance even now but the valving isnt right for them imho....your sets probablly built for it.

Thread bump.

The reason I just bought this turbo kit from Donkeyballs and it's going to be installed on a 2.2. Got it for a great deal, here are just some quick pics.

(any way to better link pics from dropbox?)

Goal, just to hit 240 WHP so it's reliable for at least a year until I can build the engine. Would love to make it so that it can hold that hp across the entire power band though.

Like I said I'm glad the kit stayed together and local. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did and hit me up if you have any questions.

I can't wait until I have the opportunity to get it on and running under boost, I know it's going to be a while though.
