hey JP, how those lights holding up?

 

good. the lenses are really dirty for some reason, like burnt lol. the passenger side light also burnt out, however may just be the connectors


regardless they are black, which is what i asked for

 

(IMHO) You're not being dumb at all;

SRTC = Sport Red Tint Coat



the deal with street versus track tires and burnouts is that a s treet tire will, once heated up, be more proned to spinning;
putting a little heat into them (burnout) before running does help - but avoid that waterbox or anything of the sort, because it will actually hurt your quarter mile times.

at least this is what I was told - and I have seen nothing to disprove it.

Plans have kinda changed with the clutch and wideband.. My mom was just diagnosed with terminal cancer so selling this **** is right down at the bottom of my priority list right now!

Acutally i did break kevins time. He ran 14.1 with his M62

i am at 13.6@113 kevin is at around the same time if i am not mistaken

its all about traction, we both lacked it. hopefully you dont make as much torque as we did and you can hook up

 

What do you mean times are times? I'm comparing same mods with same mods. You and Kevin both push way more HP than me. If you weren't faster than me i'd laugh at you. I run a supercharger, i have instant boost. Traction is a problem. I couldn't launch my car any higher than 1250 or i would roast my tires and Kevin reduced my boost in 1st. And last time Kevin was at the track with his turbo LSJ his time wasn't a whole lot better than with his M62. But he broke his transmission so didn't get to have much of a day. He won't man up and bring his new set up to the track.
