So I figured since I was doing research for my self I would share my findings with you guys...

For 5 windows on a Cobalt (2 door model)

Shadow Tinting: 320 - 1 week notice

Icon Graphics: 300 - 2 weeks notice

Trim line: 350 - 1 week notice

Tint Master: 279 - booking for Thursday / Friday this week

Mr. Detail - 299 - 2 weeks notice roughly

All offer the same warranty - life time against peel / purple fade.

Hey no worries dude - I wont be there Friday I'm getting the windows tinted in the morning then taking my girlfriend (who you met) to dinner for our aniversary Friday evening.

I'll be down again on the 17th of August as I'm gone to Ontario for a week from Saturday.

 

Nice, gonna go early this time and try for high 14's, just got a fresh oil change hopefully it cools down this time.

got mine done at mr detail! very good work no complaints!

 

just got my windows done at mr.detail last weekened. 23% tint. looks unreal. it cost 318 after tax for 5 windows. i would advise to spend to extra 50 bucks or whatever and go to a good place like mr.detail. it will be worth it.

 

I had mine done at icon tinting. 5 windows for 230 so the price must have gone up

 

I'm going with the 280 from Tint Master - a friend who works at TrimLine told me the price told me there was no break he could do since both me and my gf want to get our cars done but he did say that when the get to busy they refer their customers to Tint Master and that he does good work too and beats their prices all the time...

So thats why I decided on that route... I normally wouldnt be a stickler for price but time came into play as well since I am away for 2 weeks and well with the weather in Calgary... by the time the last week in August comes we'll prolly be seeing Snow >_< so I wanted it done ASAP.
