umm, ok I'll say it;

Steak burritos are at best tex-mex.

authenic mexican burritos have maybe shredded fish or chicken... and always beans.

I'd wager that most people wouldn't care for authentic mexican.

... I myself am kinda mixed ~ I like some, but not all.

the closest thing I have at home to authentic mexican is a small bottle of tequila... complete with the grub/worm in the bottom...
