Sorry guys but I'm home now so I can finish my write up. 2010 Cobalt SS: Hahn PPC tune, Hahn catless downpipe, Hahn exhaust, Hahn intercooler pipes, Hahn intercooler, Hahn coldair kit, Snow meth injection, Hawk Hp plus pads, ZZP stainless steel brake hoses, Eibach springs, ZZP stage 4 clutch, Fidanza Aluminum Flywheel, ZZP rotated tranny mounts, ZZP poly engine mount, 6000k head and fog lights with stock powdercoated black wheels that include bald Nitto Nt05s. New to forums didn't know how to put a pic online but honestly didn't really try

Got the car new bought and installed everything myself, again have pics but don't know how to put them on this forum.
If you have a light flywheel and a upgraded clutch the clutch will grab very hard and the engine won't have enough momentum and is VERY easy to stall.
I do have a upgraded clutch with my flywheel. I stalled my car hundreds of times in the first month but I've had it in since March and now I love it I'm used to it and it really grabs hard. So overall it was a good buy after you get used to it.

Actually it has nothing to do with power levels.
I have an older 4 cylinder Grand Am which this happened on - it's about 200 hp;
I had heard of it happening on another GA before - but after inspecting mine, I had thought it was a case of crappy luck for the other GA owner...
Apparently not so much...
I've since read of, or heard of several other examples of this happening...
Hopefully you don't see this first hand, but if you pull the transmission for any reason, I'd strongly encourage you to remove it...
