Calgary - random talk thread
there many other communities on the west side.... most however are extremely expensive to buy a home.... approx 500 000+..... i think with the new ring road it dont really matter where you live in the city.... usually you could be leaving the city with in 15/20 mins in most areas.... like my house.... on the ring road it takes 20 mins or so..... on the # 1 it take about 15mins..... of coarse it all depends on traffic....
To the people that live in the SW and SE it is. I hate going there. I get a weird feeling and I see a lot of sketchy looking people
Not to mention last time I stopped there at a McDonald's, there was a guy that got stabbed in there and blood all over the floor. About 20 cops showed up too haha

Again the NE isn't as bad as you are claiming. Do things happen? Yes. Do things happen anywhere in the city? Yes.
Places like Dover, Erin woods, and forest lawn are way worse. Those are SE, but so is Auburn Bay, and Cranston.
Anywhere has potential of being sketchy

Actually downtown Jordan. I watch news every single day, twice a day. Marlborough ill give you as that place is sketchy as heck, and I hate going there too, but falconridge isn't actually that bad.
