Im not really bummed out about losing the phone, but more losing all my contacts and pictures

afaik, you have to pay full pop for the phone since you lost it and you no longer have the sim card that is on file

yea so basically im on another 3 year contract. i bought the apple protection for $100 and its 2 years and 2 replacement phones at $50 each.

 

but how much was your contract buy out?

 

$357........ i had 23 months left on it. basically the buy out is what i owed for the first phone.

when you get a plan and the phone is "free" you really pay for it over the course of the plan.

 

so you dropped your phone, and ended up having to pay out of pocket $457 - and you didn't get yourself screwed how again?
