i look to the right i see a couple of civics and 2 4x4 trucks stuck, i look to the left i see a awd lancer, jimmy, couple of minivans, and a murano Stuck. i look behind me i see a bunch of small cars, few escapes, bunch of suv's, small handful of trucks, and 1 loaded tow truck STUCK!.

i drive 1 bad ass car. not only does it haul ass, but all of 4.5 inchs off the ground it plows through every damn snow bank everyone else got stuck in!!!

thats how i roll.

ya we got 2-4 foot snow drifts everywhere. driving in it wasnt bad til the morons all got stuck and rutted up the road. i decided my car can spend a few days inside warm as can be til the city catches up plowing. it sounds like a chinook will roll in sunday tho.

lol this city is ridiculous.. pulled the plows off the road because it wasnt safe, it wasnt safe because this moronic city didnt prep for a blizzard.. no rocks/salt, send the trucks out 4 hours after it started snowing.. wtf!?

so glad i have a truck and dont have to worry about stupid snow drifts and piles that the plows created..

I find that people with trucks in the city tend to get stuck the most. I can take my car through just about as much as any 4x4 but I grew up on a farm where you learned how to drive everything properly and not panic like city folk that I have seen in the past few years in the city.

On another note, I got some major maintenance to do in the next couple months. Rear shocks, both rear calipers, new springs and struts. Shocks and calipers will probably happen over Christmas and I'll put struts on order and do those in the new year. Also I think my tob or my master cylinder is giving me grief so a clutch change might be in the near future but I don't want to do that before I do my engine swap. Gonna deal with it until I absolutely have to change it

Winter tires are nice to have on the car. Good thing I haven't lowered the car yet. It'll have to wait when I'm done school.

the only difference between a lowered balt and factory height balt in the snow is the amount of snow you push

I left my car outside for 2 days. And today it was -24. I tried to start it and had to crank it quite a few times before it started. Never before has I had so much trouble. I've got just 5k on the oil (mobil1) and it was nearly solid. Time to change it!

This is bullshit. Everyone got snow except the town that wanted it. We got like maybe 2 inches in the last week. Fuuuuckkkk. Sunshine and lake Louise have like nothing still. Fernie got dumped on.
