O by the way I got my turbo installed. I had to put the factory springs back in. The car is way faster but stupid loud. I still have to install the water meth and intercooler then up the boost a bit. Then change the clutch then probably the diff.
pay to play It pulls super hard I bet the car will run low 13's now.
we need to have a run!

Thumbs up Centerforce DFX

So after several weeks of blood and sweat, I finally have my Centerforce DFX Clutch kit installed, along with a bunch of other goodies.

I gotta say even tho I'm still in the break in period, this clutch is amazing! The pedal is actually lighter than stock. The install wasn't easy, especially since the transmission probably weighs almost as much as I do.

CRATE ENGINE DEPOT FTW!!!!

Yeah, and now since I put in the CX H/E, I'm getting what seem like pretty high IAT2's, (100-120* F) and an engine misfire code every now and then. Not sure what I did wrong there.

I told him it will take a while to bead it out. I don't see how it is not bled properly he has a H/E that is easy to bleed compared to the cobra HE had.

That would do it..haha.

When you saw your AIT's at 100-120* what was the ambient temp that day? Does it run hot like that all the time? Your AIT2's should be 30 - 40* higher than the ambient Temp. Now they will go high while in stop and go traffic but should drop quickly once yopu start driving. You have to remember that it takes air passing through the H/E to cool it down, which means you will have to be doing Vroooommm, Vroooom for it to cool the Laminovas.

Cheers and give me a call
