I'm wagering that block was not steve's... I mean the guy works at a dealer - and the last time I was there there was a Cobalt SS/TC in the "waiting" portion of he parking lot @ day's end...
(not to mention the Cobalt looked to have been lightly modded by it's owner... who knows how far the modding went)
