I use to run a LE5 back in the day. modded it very well also

hey guys was thinking of installing my header tomorrow does someone with some header install experience want to help me tomorrow

I won't even be in town - otherwise I'd likely be game...

does this header bolt up to your stock exhaust pipe? ~ if not you might want to forego the install, and just have an exhaust shop do it - that way they can immediately connect your exhaust to it.
