I was there tonight too.
It could have been me
My brother lives in New Brighton - and I often visit them, or go to 130th with them.
There seems to be alot more yellow cars in the area than what is reflective of actual production numbers, but I know for a fact I'm one of at least four yellow SS/TC's in town - assuming you're talking of TC's that is.

I ended up doing some babysitting but figured considering the "event" information, that I'd still be fine to pop by at about the halfway mark...
