I highly doubt any deal would be made.

He offers his tune one of two ways;
1) directly via mailed cable
2) via dealer, who has set rates at which he pays Vince for the tunes which in & of itself have a rather structured pricing deal.

you can generally only save a couple bucks by going through a dealer, who has to pay a preset amount upfront to become an authorized dealer...

this is good to read!

Alberta wheel is good - I have known/dealt with them for many years.
When I had one of my (spare) rims repaired, they did an impecible job... my only complaint was the paint - the colour is too 'grey' ~ I actually suspect that it's the wrong colour (but they took it back and did a repaint at no charge).

Im going to run a leakdown just to confirm but ran compression tests and also ran compression test with putting some oil in cylnder and didnt change. that sucks...

sure on the work they preformed on the head... doing the R&R on the engine yourself means you have to eat teh gaskets that now have to be replaced (eg: head gasket)...

ouch!!

YOu came over, unplugged, then re-pluged one wire...
I wouldn't exactly qualify that as installing... I was the one contorted to fit under the dash...

haha helped is a very vague term and it was only the finishing touches. i'm also the one who told you guys not to tap into the ecm fuse panel lol but in the end through group effort it was installed and working correctly that's all that matters.

kinda sounds like what I did... that and Mark or myself trading up trying to get the wires routed under the car just right... IMHO, it was overall a PITA.
