would work out best if you get the largest possible audience of like minded enthusiasts together;
the groups that immediately come to mind:
- j-body enthusiasts (j-body.org)
- delta enthusiasts (here, or any similar site catering to cobalts, g5's, or Ions)
(and believe it or not)
- Grand Am enthusiasts (gaownersclub.com)
the common bond that all these cars have are:
- J & N final years used ecotecs,
- all these cars were at least standard in base trim with a 4 banger,
- all these cars are universally rejected by v8/musclecar crowds
- all these cars are universally rejected by the regular 'tuner' crowd.
GM Tuners is a name that I think might work...
yeah it might be a bit of a rip-off... but meh ~ it fits.

But I would rather it be more then just Alberta. I would like to put posts in BC thread too.
and don't tell me people from BC won't come out lol. Next weekend will be my third weekend driving to Calgary, granted I had other reasons but..

hmmmmmmm well regardless i believe we should get all other clubs involved and rent edm for the day and eve..... get some bracket racing going on and a show just before we race to get the feild set.... head to head compition against all makes and models..... anything domestic and anything tuning..... odds are we fill that place.......

I might start coming up with a draft Day by Day events.
Bonnevilles used to meet up and run against Grand Prixs on their fest days.
Cruise, modding, meet n greet etc, car show etc.

dude serious here..... i will help plan and organize and host the events do we wanna suggest this to the other domestic tuning sites? and see if srt4 will come on board too? coz like i think we put the word out get the track rented and do this it could be very successful..... and honestly if you made it a charity event all volenteer work it could be something big.... to be blunt we all seen a balt but i wanna see what the others have too.... it makes it a pride thing specially for the sunfires and focus owners.... not many of them left and they have some real sweet rides..... lol theres the name hahahahaah ANYTHING DOMESTIC ANYTHING TUNING DRAG WARS!!!!!
