Yeah I totally agree - Larry rolled up while the cops were ticketing us and we told him to bail - he drove away and walked back but totally agreed we were being unfairly treated.

 

It would be a cold day in hell when i peal my tint off my windows!!!! I would fight those tickets especially if the other cops felt the guy was being a dick!!!!

 

They are not allowed to make you peel the tint right there. They have to give you a 24 hour notice to remove it. It is harder to see out the windown without the tint because the glue would stick to the window that is left behind from the tint.

I would have DARED that cop to show up with 10 tow trucks to tow all of you. He is just a dumb **** and I guarantee from all the pics that were taken of how you were "legally" parked and not causing an issue. I would contest this without question.

Glad I didn't go....I would have lost it.

oh ya this wanna be cop would barely let us get a word in without telling us to basically be quite and let me figure out what else to give you a ticket for. im with everyone else on making the complaint and i have pics of cars driving by us and parked next to us that all had tint on the passenger windows.

but on a good note lots of people were admiring our cars and a bunch of tourists even took a bunch of pics of our cars while we were there. well here are my pics to contribute to the collection hope you all enjoy.

hopefully something good will happen from all the complaints filed tomorrow! this cop was a complete dick. sick pics boys! good to meet all yah.

it was bullshit what happened, my poor car, i almost wanted to cry pulling the tint off. it looked so good. then as i was pulling it off i locked my keys in my car cause my doors auto locked somehow. but i got in. didnt make me any happier though. i was so mad. i will be calling tomorrow and filing a complaint to. my dad agrees and said he was being rude and a dick, lol. even moreso after seeing the pictures of how we were parked. he was like. "thats just plain bullshit" lol. bp's was nice. then i drove home by myself. the lone g5..... *picture western scene and an orange pursuit driving off into the sunset* lol

 

lol cruisn. next time you should just cruise back to calgary with us and crash at someone's place. then you won't be alone in the sunset

That absolutely sucks boys. Passed through Sylvan about 5:30 with the truck and quad looking to see if you guys were still out, but figured with the crappy babe turn-out, you guys would have headed home early. Little did i know you guys all spend this weeks beer money on Sylvan's 2008 flower budget! That blows. Also, R&C hit the nail on the head... while he was f'ing around writing a book's worth of tickets, some ******* is out street racing through a school zone. What a ********. That crap pisses me off. Just my $0.02 Kev.

one quick question how is it illegal parking when there are other cars down from you parked the same way just facing the other way? thats fucked up tell them the cops were being racist against chevys

ya other then getting the tickets the day wasn't a total bust we did get to have that good long cruise and have every second look us to make sure they weren't seeing things. there was one guy as we were coming back into calgary kept pointing at our cars and telling his gf about them.
