cruise through the mountains!!!!!!!
ha-ha!
Yeah iirc I've heard stories of where one car got lost/separated from the group, and the radios were used to help them find the group again... in addition to playing games with the radios while hopping from point to point...

ha-ha-ha!!! (on both accounts, but mostly your 2nd point)
I'd wager I know at least a couple people that would take it off your hands... and let you keep the rubber-ducky

umm ya they can try and take it from me, but i'm hookin it up in the car, maybe not this trip as i need to modify an antenna to go into the stock antenna position without looking fugly.
it won't be hard wired in, the wiring will be in the cab, but will be used for cruises and thats about it so i don't have to buy a walkie all the time. and plus truckers have awesome stories lol and can help you out alot when in traffic jams and on highways.
but you would be looking at a max of a 2 hour stint at a time... and the offer stands, if you do use it though, that just means you would have two less hours of road time on sunday...
just saying
Its not constant tho so it's not a big deal. Ull have 2 stints of like an hour and 45 minutes of driving in boring ugly Alberta which isn't a big deal. If u crash somewhere the night before it's even easier lol. The rest of the driving is like spread out in the better looking part of Alberta which is always fun and easy.
just saying...
