I have been out a couple times, my times are still pretty consistent. Need to work on my launches and get some new tires on there. Last week, I ran a 13.8, with a shitty spin launch. Hopefully Im going to get out next week for some last of the season runs.

What have you been running?

Haven't run the Balt this year with the tvs. I'm waiting for hp tuners in the mail and then I'll pulley down and add meth. Ran a couple of 14.2's on the stock supercharger last year. Hoping for mid/low 13s when everything is together. In October it's street legals all Saturday and the Monday. I better be up a d running by then

Time to get technical boys. I left my lights on last night, killed the car. Boosted it this morning, it ran rough a little bit, then it evened out. Let it idle for about 4-5mins, then hit the road. Now Im not making boost like I used to. I am hoping that a dead battery doesnt reset the Trifecta tune (i dont think so), but instead of hitting 140-150kPa.... im only getting to 110-120kPa. And in first gear, its even lower, only hitting 80-90. Now I had it suggested to me that I should check the charge pipes, but no idea what to look for or why. Anything else I should know about, or any ideas that could point me in the right direction?

No, I was hoping you would have a sec this weekend to check that code, before I start tearing into ****. Might as well go one step at a time, so I can save myself unnecessary work.

Hey guys, decided to hold onto my balt for a little longer and use it to have some fun on the side so I don't wear out my STI haha.

So that being said, I'm looking for a few things and figured I'd ask on here before I venture out.

Tail lights (break and reverse) - Stock or aftermarket, doesn't matter to me.
Cold air intake or stock intake cover ('09 LNF)- mine has a nasty crack in it that is being held together by PL400 and it pisses me off.
18" steel rims - Also, know of anyone who refinishes rims? I've been using the stock rims as winter rims and my ex dinged a couple up a bit while I was out of province.

Since I'm probably going to forget I posted on here, shoot me a text in regards to this. 780 235 0544

no...i meet all reqs, but cage. ive been working on my traction for the last year or two,
so the end of this year i tapped the last 75-100 hp i knew i had in the motor.
did my passes, got spoke to by track officials, and detuned for the last saturday.

basically, on my 20" street tires with 41 psi, low boost, pump gas, no meth or naws,
i cut a 1.7 60, and et was 12.2@113. 10.9 afr.
next year im gonna try and dial it into a certain time, so im going to write a nice bracket tune.

i did get that pesky red ion back on track, he cut 3-- 1.9x on the same night, and a 13.2!
man he has a lot of hours on that motor, lol. w
i tried soooo hard to get the brat to take my old balt down, but she was afraid of what all you might think, so she refused. i did get her to take my v6 winter 4x4 down the 1320!!!!!
19 flat @69mph., yippee! Now i have to order a blower for it. dammit.

So just an update on the 'balt:

Bought/Installed:
Nokian winter tires
NGK Laser Iridium step colder plugs
6000K HID head/fog lights
Eibach 1.5" Drop Sportline Springs

Ordered:
ZZP Intercooler/Charge Pipe Kit
Snow Water/Meth kit

Got the headlights installed, full conversion kits with ballasts, and man do they look sexy. Going to put the fog kit in this evening, and hopefully the lowering coils on sunday. The winter tires are going on as I type this, should be done by the end of my work day.. then ill be sticking to the road like glue

Once the ZZP order gets here, Ill be ripping apart the front end, installing everything and boost leak testing everything I can get my hands on. Then I can start working on upgrading the sound system tastefully over the winter.

As for next summer? Hopefully I have everything I need strengthened or upgraded, and I would like to go with the ZZP big turbo upgrade. Couple guys on the board here are considering it this winter, so I am going to see the results, and maybe do it myself.

What are your guys' plans for over the winter, or next summer? Any big projects or custom ideas kicking around?

Really need a Tranny solution for this turbo setup though.. and you guys should probably upgrade your valvetrain prior as well.. stockers might be ok, but you won't be able to go past 6200 rpm without popping rockers with the extra boost.. can pretty much guarantee that.

LSJ tranny swap? And why would you want to push past 6200? Going for 7k with the bigger turbo?

Most likely yes.. I'm already setup for it :P Could use neutral balance shafts, but we'll see how she revs without em first. I can go to 7500 currently, but no power right now with that mini factory turbo :P Runs out of steam completely around 6700 currently.. and if I actually rev that high, I lose roughly 3-5/10 in the quarter.. still trap about the same speed though if I remember correctly.

I envy your traction I suppose it's still possible to do that with fwd but it's damn near impossible... I would, however, be going faster at the end of the 1320 :P

Hmm... I think I have both.. Cold Air intake and the factory setup sitting around here somewhere. The CAI is from Clear Image Auto.. not even sure if they still make them, but it's Bnib, never installed. I changed my mind to the K&N SRI and couldn't return the product since it was a group buy before the product was even released

Text me if you're interested and I'll dig the **** out of the closet:

I know not everybody is on the Edmonton Delta Tuners on Facebook, so I thought I'd just throw this out there.. we're having a May long cruise starting in Calgary 9am Saturday.. we'll be cruising from Calgary to Banff national park; not exactly sure of the route yet(in the park, how far and stops etc.), but there's quite a few people who are saying they're coming. Apparently 8 so far, I just checked today April 10th.

Hi guys, does anyone know someone who recently sold a Blue 2007 Cobalt SS. Has KW Lowering Springs, Stage 2 (with stage 1...injectors fml) and likely had rims.

Just bought this car and wouldn't mind confirming all the mods done to the car.

Cheers!
