Going to dyno my car tomorrow. Only performance mod is my intakes which still claims 18.5whp gain....most i seen on a before and after results were 15.3whp increase...im hoping atleast 290whp - 300whp....not sure what my torque will be.

if i dont make what i want then im buying a nitrous kit from a guy that has a 350, it even has the extra tubing/jets and all that stuff to spray into my 2nd intake, since the 350 only has 1. Let me know what you guys think of this

Ok so i dynoed the car today, temps up here were 32* all day and very humit. Car put down 280whp 225trq. Would have made abit more if they didnt have the engine running for 15mins without a fan blowing at the car, while they were trying to fix there wideband. Either way im happy with that. Also did the first oil change, put in Redline 5W30 with a K&N filter on it. Car has 3500km, oil was pitch black and had metal shavings in it.

But since i didnt make what i want im selling the car...lol, jk

That 370 is sick!! I almost bought one, instead I just put a deposit down on an 04 C5 Z06! Just waiting to see if someone buys my car, if not I will just trade it in, only a 1500 dollar difference between selling it and trading it in.

Post more pics of the 370! (Edit) nm, I just saw the other pics, wow, I love the orange interior, the 370z is so refined on the inside!

32* holy can you send us some of that weather in the maritimes please! we've been getting nothing but cool days and 0-4* nights. so how much does your car put down stock supposedly? just wondering how much gain you got with your dual cai's

well the 370z is rated at 332hp to the crank. Guys in the states (we all know the states read better on dynos) They r hitting between 270-285whp. I felt a difference in the intakes, and usally i cant feel any gain if its under 10whp. One guy dynoed before and after the intakes...gained 15.3whp...cant remember how much torque. Speaking of torque. One the graph (soon as i get it emailed to me ill post it up) the torque curve was very flat and even which apparently is really good.

I've got 303whp and 268wtq and all togather I paid 18 for the car and 6k in upgrades.


Would much rather have the 370!

indeed. Found out even with my VDC (traction control) off....its still on...when u turn it off the car automatically keeps 13% of it on. So next time i dyno and when i go to the track, im just going to pull the fuse. Going to the track tomorrow night and racing my friends modded/tuned SS/TC. Unless i get some practice on my launches and get them down to at least a 2.0....he is going to blow by me

i think i seen it last night when i went to the shop to get them to put the graph on my usb stick looks nice.

I mean unless that civic is twin turbo's with some beefy Garrett turbo's then its understandable tuned up and beefed up engine wise and tranny, ok then thats diff but a civic with no turbo's, no added stuff and you get beat......I think I might be with you just use the bike all year lol

Man, i didnt even give a civic a chance to race me tonight. Ok so me and my buddy with a SS/TC get to the track at 6:00. By the time we pay and get through tech inspection its 6:20. We line up in the staging lanes...a car breaks down. They clean the track, 10mins later...race starts again...another car breaks down, 5mins later...race starts again. Me and jody are coming up to the pre-staged lanes...another car breaks down and leaves a bunch of coolant all over the place. Since so many cars were breaking down they tried prepping the track again after cleaning it. They did a horrible job. As you can see in the video below the car in front of me almsot looses control. Me and jody in his modded/tuned SS/TC (he usally runs 13.5...best time was 13.2)....we both ran 14.7...track completely sucked tonight. So we come back around..look at the line up and said **** it. There was at least 150 cars there tonight. Here is a quick video. I know i did a poor burnout because i forgot my VDC was on...the flashing line is for the passenger seat air bag...i took out my passenger seat.
