the rad (stock h/e) is the busted one, i know i can just run the ca h/e but i dont know how much power ill loose. Because we all know that heat = knock and if the ecm detects that it automatically starts pulling timing, which is what its doing now, hence why i only hit 217whp

yea i never got the warrenty voided except once, but that was caused by me and the dealership ended up ******* the car up during that repair and paying for everything. I think the way im going to do it is bring the car to them so they can actualy determine how bad it is, if i need a new rad and the warrenty is good ill get them to replace it, if the warrenty is no good then ill take it out myself and just run the cobalt addiction heat exchanger by itself until i can afford a 2nd heat exchanger (if i can fit 2 in) because they do make a big difference

Ummm, if your filling up the engine coolant bottle, than its your radiator, not your heat exchanger. I went thru this and they will not warrenty this at all. A new rad and labour cost me 600. Your going to have to replace this or it will get worse and then your end up cooking your engine. You will not be able to replace the rad with a heat exchanger. Its not possible......Get this fixed ASAP...

Good luck
