Ark Springs

I am thinking about installing springs to bring the car down a bit. Says will bring the front down 1 inch and the back 1.5 inches. Can anyone tell me how difficult this is to do yourself.

Thanks for your well thought out response to my question. If I took your advise there would be little to no posts in this forum.

For any alignment/suspension/brake work, go to these guys:

http://www.dalesalignment.com/ and talk to Jason.

they do excellent work, can align lowered vehicles and fix screw ups from other shops.

I had my springs installed (didn't feel like doing them ourselves) and the shop messed up one spring. Took it to Dales, they knew exactly what the problem was fixed it and finally got a proper alignment

The alignment alone was $90.00 which isn't too bad, and the another $145.00 to fix advanced's screw up. Not sure what they charge to install, but just give them a call.

Jason is really knowledgeable, and will spend the time and talk over stuff with you.

I can sell you Canuck Motorsport spings (SSC) and a set of Koni's for $400. Lowers the car 1" front and 1.5" in the back...Plus you get struts meant for lowering. Let me know if you're interested

Yes......I guess I am at mid life, but never had a crisis moment in my life. Everything comes to me very easily. Have my own successful business and missed the whole tuning thing. I have lots of free time now execpt when my 5 kids are biting at my heels and yes I have gone mod crazy. Thanks for the tips guys....and girls, I am having alot of fun doing this and can always get my questions answered by someone on here that is helpful. I hope I never get so old that I will think underglow is uncool......oh well maybe he is right......somebody get me a klennex cuz I think I am going to start crying. Oh well I am going to continue to pluck grey hairs and from this point forward never discuss my age with anyone again.

Dont take anything we say personally here, remember your on a forum filled with most guys in their 20's, its all in fun. Im glad your enjoying modding your car, its wierd to see someone do so many mods so quick because most of us cant afford all them at once lol.

Ive had my sportlines sitting in my garage since august and i just got them in now because i couldnt afford the cost to install them lol.

Again like i said earlier in this forum, i highly recommend the eibach sportline springs, gives a nice drop and still good ride quality. Im impressed with mine so far

Thanks Missy. I am assuming you are talking about Advanced Motors. I called them today to book anappointment to have my windows tinted and the guy told me they are not doing any tuning of any kind. All they do now is wheels.

Thanks again guys and girls for the tips.

LOL, That would be an interesting trip.

They are actually in langley on 56th, just off #10 (langley bypass)
If you map quest, do you get the same thing???

if you go to their website, it will give you directions.

Way I'm thinking is go over the bridge and once I'm in langely, open google maps on my iPhone and it will use my current location to go the rest of the way. Can't tell me to take the ferry if I'm already across lol
