hmm lazer tag eh...is there seriously nothing better we could do? like go to a beach park the cars all in a row and have a bbq? some volleyball mabye? i dunno...but then again you guys are talkin like mission right...no beaches in mission. what about buntzen lake?

 

There are lots of beaches in Mission... just a matter of if you want to park up there earlyer... would be at about 11ish we would have to meet. I could say somewhere like Hayward lake or Neilson Park (another lake). Neilson park is a small spot we could all invade lol. Where were you when I was asking for ideas! lolz... where we suggesting for locations, any further input???? I like the idea of a lake... same time I like the idea of lazer tag hah. lake would be a great place for shots.

btw doesn't HAVE to be in Mission, that was just a suggestion.

 

Well you might have a problem then. My exhaust exit will come out the side of the car and it won't be round but it will be nice and hot for you.

Besides I live in Port Moody and trust me no one here wants to have to deal with the ****'s (Port Moody Police). Unless you guys enjoy tickets and saftey inspections, with the odd impound just for good measure

Its still a go... Start time I'm thinking will be 12:30 PM. However, just debating on where everyone should meet initially... I'm kind of iffy about the parking lot scene and like the idea of a park/lake. 12:30 will be the initial time to meet. Location so far to start out is the end parking lot of Canadian Tire in Mission. I'm even thinking Safeway. Everyone chills there for about an hour / wait for everyone to show and checkout the cars. Then drive to Planet Lazer in Langley for 3:00 PM where we will have 2/3 rounds of lazer tag. Dinner afterwards. Reservations TBD... I'm still checking on that.

So far its 12:30 start time in the parking lot of Canadian Tire - Silver City at the Junction in Mission.

I have a contact at Mission Raceway and I am trying to see if we can use their parking lot so we do not get bugged by Police or anything just in case. I will receive my response mid-week.. this meet is still happening, just initial location is TBD.

Lazer Tag, waiting for planet lazer to get back to me. Drop in is fine, but I'm trying to get an exact time. That will probably be approx 3:45 or 3:30.

Dinner, were looking at about 5:30, I called Red Robin (couple blocks away from lazer tag), they make "warning for kitchen" but they don't do reservations... So I'm looking to confirm on restaurant still.

I'll have for sure responces by mid-week. Everyone this is still a go!!! Keep the days off!!

its best we head to a place that we can have actual reservations at. there is sammy j peppers on willowbrook drive (just after the bypass on 200th) that has handled large car club groups for bcjbody before. montanas is just around the corner aswell, however large groups are a little harder there. if people wanted to venture to surrey there is a place called wings (72/king george) thats good with big groups.

 

I've heard excellent stuff about wings... however, probably easyer to go somewhere close to Planet Lazer... I'm thinking Sammy J Peppers is an awesome idea, I'll be doing my confirmations tomorrow as I have the day off.

Ok guys... Planet Lazer has been confirmed for 3:30 PM March 8th, however, I need a head count. Is everyone going to do Lazer Tag who signed up? And if so, are you bringing someone?

It may be best that I do one of their group deals, I just need an exact head count.

BTW Lazer Tag = $16 for 2 games or $18 for 3. Even cheaper if we do a group reservation.

Also need a rough idea if everyone is bringing someone to dinner so that I can make a headcount/reservation based on that as well. I'm assuming everyone is going for dinner, but need to know if you are bringing another person?
