Recently I've been having a lot of problems with them. Has anyone else dealt with them?

I ordered an oil catch can in mid October. Here's a copy of the updates.

10/14/2010 Order Processing We have written up your order, and will be shipping your package off to you by US Postal service shortly. Delivery normally takes anywhere from 3-7 days, and is delivered into your US Postal mailbox. We will notify you when it ships from our office.

11/12/2010 Order Shipped Your order has shipped via US Postal Service. Normal delivery within the United States is 2-3 business days. Normal delivery outside of the United States is 6-10 business days. Please note that there are no tracking numbers available for US Postal packages.


On Nov. 12 I e-mailed to see if the silicone hoses were in and they conveniently came in that morning. I'm still waiting for the package and it's now December.

 

tomorrow when you wake up pick up the phone dial their number and talk to them lol. ive ordered from them before and had no problems. i havent even heard anybody complain about them before.

 

Catch can JUST came in. Apparently it was held in customs but in my defense, it's hard to figure out what's going on without a tracking slip.

I've ordered a few things from them and never had any problems. Glad you got your part. I was thinking about getting one of these...

 

It's a really high quality part and is now worth the wait.
