Where to paint calipers

OK once again i have a question. I would like to know where would be a good place to get my calipers painted. Or would powder coating them work when i get my wheels done? I would do it myself but dont wanna mess up and live in a condo so its kinda hard. Thanks again guys

I had my stock rims done at panther in Surrey and they painted my calipers as part of the service

pepboys or any place like that have a nice duplicolor kit. They have red, blue and black I believe..blue is hard to find around here though. just paint it on, can't really mess it up and it looks great for $20!

I know how to do it myself i just dont want to go through the hassle of newspapering all around and cleaning them out. And i park my car in an underground parking lot so I dont wanna do it down there. I have a tendency of screwing up everything mechanical i do myself :/ haha

I never taped anything off..with the kit (you know what I'm talking about right?) you spray the caliper clean and then once you dry it off, just paint it with the brush. Goes on smooth and is pretty thick. It doesn't run or anything so what you touch with the brush is what gets the color. There are smaller ones in the kit too for harder to reach areas. But if you have no where to do it idk what to tell you man.

Don't get the cheap **** from the auto part stores- the g2 is MUCH better I've used both. It's brush on and a 3rd grader could do it.

Use g2 paint just don't order the purple **** because it looks pink. You can make custom colors too but it will cost a lot more.

I got mine from here shipping was fast and good customer support.

Ohhhh ok. Now i getcha. I shoulda done some googling before i got a spray can image stuck in my head lol. This looks pretty easy. So that spray cleaner thingy cleans it good? I probably should get me some shop towels and a toothbrush and clean it better though im guessing? And would you think 2 coats is good enough? I guess the hardest part will be getting the wheels off :p

yeah its a spray can full over caliper cleaner. you can just spray it wherever, its a cleaner, it wont damage anything (again no taping) haha. It almost dries instantly from what i remember, its good stuff but wipe it off anyways. 2 coats is PLENTY. i think i got one so good i only did 1 coat. but yeah, getting the wheels off is the biggest pain
