For Sale 2005 Chevy Cobalt SS/SC
2005 Chevy Cobalt SS/SC
$12,000 or best offer. If you think I am posting high, then please keep it to yourself. I am in no rush to sell this car. My wife told me that if I want to buy an Ariel Atom I can't have 3 sports cars and I agree with her. If their is anything that you want to change out that does not require a re-tune (dash trim, exhaust work, intake) let me know. I have 2 ss/sc cobalts so that I can swap parts.

Id be more willing to buy a car from someone that is willing to disclose problems with a car then someone that says a car is perfect.
Things to repair to make this car perfect:
-carbon fiber hood has hazing
-Passenger front tire wheel well wasnt attached properly and the tire rubbed a hole into it
-the passenger door has a small crease in it, i couldnt even get it to show up on photos.
-driver side headlamp gets condensation in it sometimes
I have the stock hood, transmission mounts, header, air intake box, and shifter that will go with the car. If it is a make or break deal, my brother has the stock rims and potentially could get them back. Thanks for looking and PM me if interested in seeing the vehicle.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I adore the plaid in the engine bay and despite my "no red cars" rule I would break it in a heartbeat if this weren't 2k out of my budget, and lucky as hell getting an Atom, its on my mid-life crisis wish list.
i truely appreciate the positive feedback. the car isnt bad by any means.
honestly, i see my wife wanting to pop out kids in the next few years and i dont want to regret anything like my dad did.
my father had a 1971 plymouth roadrunner gtx and all my life ive heard stories and the ariel atom is going to be mine that i can tell stories like my father did.

I'm about to lose the car that I will be telling my grandkids about in another 20 years, have to sell my charger SRT8 because I had bad timing when buying it, if you can afford the car you want I say get it, owning this one has been amazing even if I do have to trade back down to a 4cylinder. I got the wife a minivan for the kids and as long as there theoretically exists a backseat in my car for emergencies its all good.
