FS/FT 2.0L ZZP Turbo Swap LSJ

As much as I would like to get this car together and make some passes. I've come across a pair of cars that I've been wanting for years now and one is in perfect condition and the other is right where I'd like it, I can't pass them up. Need to move this first though.
Car needs a new clutch master cylinder or a new tob, easy work. I just haven't been able to do it yet because I live and work full time in Edmond and the car is in Bartlesville. It will be driving before I let it go.
Will not be coming with the Powell Solid Mounts. If the car does sell, I will be sending them back to him, or paying for them and keeping them in case i pick up another lsj down the road. Yes paying for them, he's just that great of a guy to loan them to me.
Will not come with DSS Stage 2 Axles. It will come with stock lsj axles or for a little more $ I can do the lnf swap myself for you.
Will come with all my misc spare parts; Cams, rockers, springs, retainers, ac lines, compressor, condenser, two mufflers, 3" turn down, front rotors, set of hubs(I think), Wolf car cover, and other things I can't think of right now because it's all at the other house.
Current state of the car: Runs, I need to fix the clutch issue before it drives. Engine/drivetrain is sound and solid.
Wheels/tires: I do not own oem wheels. Will come with the 16x7 MB Wheels with the worn out Nitto 555r's for the front and the 15x6 Cragar with 185/85/15 M&H skinnies in the rear. Front hubs are 5x110 rear hubs are 5x114.3. But I do have all the parts for the swap in the front to run 5x114.3 all around along with lnf axles and knuckles up front. The MB Wheels are dual pattern 5x110/5x114.3 so you can still use them.
All vinyls will be removed from the car before it leaves my hands.
Again I would like to finish this up, it's only injectors away from mid 600 to the wheels. More with a larger turbo and trans to hold it. Put a 6speed in it and go make 700whp. But I would like to try and pick up these two cars.
It is currently tuned for 110 Sunoco but I can tune it for 100% 93 if you'd like.
$17,000. Price is negotiable. But I will not swap around parts or take things off the car to lower the price to your liking. I also realize for those who need it, no bank is going to grant a loan for $17k on an '05 Cobalt. So I will consider a trade for a bone stock LSJ if the mileage and additional cash is right.
