"cant begin to wonder why parts are not made for some cars."

Ill take this as an insult. Or maybe your broken English just isn't expressing what you really meant.

yes, because you're not contributing anything, you are not interested in this car, and i'd be willing to bet that you can't even afford it.

Well lets just look at the big picture - companies like GM/Magnaflow/K&N and the list goes on, all monitor sites like this and including this. This is how the gauge what cars are used more then others for parts and testing. If you follow the GM push for the Cobalt you can see they tried to move this car to the front of the Sport Compact pack and died trying in fact. The part of GM was shut down because of all the work that was done, information that was hared to the forums and people like your self with such negative replies simply got old to deal with. We can keep wasting time and space here of you can simply lie with the fact that you dislike me and my build and just move to somewhere you like the person and cars.

Maybe even share some of your builds and work ?

PS _ im sure that your 360 post have all had the best information to share as well as all sorts of help for others with Cobalts

Would never even think of wasting that much money on a cobalt bro. Plus I got college to pay for brosky, although you probably wouldn't know much about that.

really? Insulting my post count? I find that a bit funny when you have 17. Now, please find any honda forum and read all the bullshit that happens there. According to your theory they would have like no after market, and yet they have one of the biggest after markets out there.

DeepBlack_SS is it really that big of a deal? You really feel the need to make multiple posts about the same **** over and over? The best part is that Jason is right. We have no aftermarket because of the type of market this is. No one is willing to pay for good parts anymore. everyone wants 500whp for $100 and for it have drivability like it was dead stock. No vendor wants to deal with that BS. Whitfield racing was going to make parts for the cobalt ss, but with the way this market turned out I wouldn't have made parts for it either. This is a for sale thread. Leave it be.

This is actually funny to me - I see how much you are offering this site and would hate to see the site lose such a great member. For your time that I wasted with such a horrible thread I am sorry you enjoy your day

My mention about your post count was to point out that you have just began to get involved here as well, and yes we made headers and intakes for a few GM models but they are simply not supported like other name of this date.

Ok BLAZIN07SS last post, If his argument was that people on this site are too cheap, I would have agreed. His argument was that people post too much(lol), which has absolutely nothing to do with our aftermarket support.

actually, brosky, i do know about that. whats funny about this post is that youre so immature that you jump to conclusions to insult people. first off, $40k is no where near a waste considering the car by itself with no extra parts is easily worth about 60k, and its coming with 2 tanks, electric boost control, pump gas/lowboost/highboost tunes, street wheels/tires, race wheels/slicks, race suit, 2 motors, 3 transmissions, 2 axles, 2 convertors, 2 turbos, 2 extra racing wheels for front, and every other spare part he has for the car.

second of all. i am going to college, and not only will it be free...but i'll also be getting paid to go.

third, you are the kind of person that soldiers like to say they ARENT serving and protecting.

10 replies about the price when the 68 emails I have received from this forum about the car all got replies with in minutes.
I asked for information on page 2, with no response. I sent a PM 3 days ago, with no response.

FWIW, GM never tried to support the Cobalt community. They thought the supercharged Cobalt would compete with the SRT4. Then they went out running 1800lb tube chassis cars covered by a carbon fiber shell, running highly modified methanol burning turbocharged motors with automatic transmissions, all the while trying hard to convince the general public that is is the same things you can buy at your Chevy dealer. They finally wised up a little and put the LNF in the cobalt, but it took over a year before they even had a stage 1 package available.

Then I will rephrase- GM thought the LSJ Cobalt would compete with the SRT4 on the dragstrip.

What are the chances that this car could be registered? DO you drive it on the street ever?

I know it's along shot. But, I'm not jerking your chain. I think mine would sell for around 10k and I could easily cut a check to make up the rest.
