practice practice practice. a tune would help drastically, or a stage kit. Some mounts (motor, tranny) would help for launching. Maybe deflate the tires a tad bit when you get out there.

I got a 14.5 outta mine stock. To get to a 14.0 I 'd say zzp stage 3, TTR upper mount, powell stage 1 rotated mounts, and lower it. With that and a good launch, you should be in the high 13's somewhere IF you clutch holds

If the clutch is stock... it doesn't like when there's more power and more abuse - especially at the same time.

Not bad. Thats the same time I did stock, except your trap seems low. I trapped 99.7 stock, with the lowest of the day being 96.9 IIRC.

With ZZP S3 power levels the stock clutch will be fine....

The stock clutch is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be.

If your clutch is old, and you sense it is sliping, then by all means swap it out with something along the lines of the gmpp clutch.

Those are some good times for the first time at the track with only an intake. I don't understand why people say the stock clutch is that bad, my cars got enough power to run mid 13's and it's fine with 53k.

My stock clutch started slipping around 40k or so, even before I had mods. Got worse and worse once I started modding. Might just be me (rough on clutches) but I put in the gmpp LSJ clutch upgrade and NEVER had any problems with it again.

One tip that really helps. There are many threads on this. Ride the clutch on the launch. It works great.
