i have tranny bushings and a motor mount. My control arm bushings are wasted though so I think thats killing me right now.

I believe that I have the same Control arms as the FE5 suspension which are the aluminum ones and if that's the case then I don't think it will work for me because the arms on the base cars don't use the same bushings. Thanks for the suggestion though.

but in general it would be nice to see a 2.2 or 2.4 in 11s!

Yea I know what you mean. ZZP took their 2.4 on the turbo kit into the 11's. I'm pretty impressed with that.

oh..and jbp i believe is the only one that makes them and i wouldnt trust them to make a shift knob for me let alone cams....

I wonder If we can get some more attention by some of the vendors on the site if the competition gets big enough. The 2.4 needs more love.
Actually for a while the JBP cams were like $400 for the 2.4. I know what you mean though I'm kinda iffy on them and they're the only ones I know of right now.

seriously though...talk to victory red ss about jbp...you wont just be iffy anymore after seeing pics of one car and seeing the other....

*cough u mean second lol... im goin for 11s... and ill be following zzps build. im getting the turbo kit within the next 1.5 months since the s/c setup fell thru. then next jan its new clutch and next summer is the rebuild. ill be running basically their stg 2 w/drag radials till the rebuild
i paid for my cams in feb. never got em. had to get a refund from one of their dealers. then paid jbp directly. waited another month and a half. finally a week or 2 ago i got a check back that my bank wouldnt even cash immediatly. still waiting on that check to clear.

why not get custom grind cams from someone? you can get blanks or spares online pretty cheap.

i'm hoping to hit the track tonight lol ... we'll see how it all goes .. i wont be hitting 12's tonight.. however... in a month i should have a second car ...then i can not care about if i blow the car or burn out my clutch so i'll drop pully sizes .. so we'll be fighting it out for it lol
