2009 LSJ/LNF Throwdown Competition
At the same time I have some things going against me. I'm running full weight. I'm on the low end of power when it comes to turbo swap cars. And I race at an amateur level at best.
But, remember if you call out the top spot your going to need to be as good and my car and have something to one up it as well.
nice job maxim! i cant wait to join you. im going on the 12th for the first time this year!
i wanna see lsj's take the whole top ten.

Well I just went 12.995 at 113.27. Then my second run I ran against a G8 that ran 12.4 and my time was wrong on the slip, the slips says I ran a 11.5. The officials said that I ran 12.74 at 113.84. Both runs are on tape so I will post them tomarrow
FASTEST COBALT!!!! Lol.
If it was on a printed slip and not wrote in I would say yes, go figure the best pass I have so far and the lights are messed up. They did give me a writen slip but I would rather have it be printed, in the video the G8 crosses the line and you cant even blink before I cross the line so I think the time is right but who knows.
Oh, that would be pretty nice. I could say I put a 200 shot on the car. hahah

oh yeah, def. i ran a 16 cause i couldn't hook even with radials. even though they were shitto 555r's....its still better than the kdw's. so all i could do was smoke first, and burn up the clutch through second.
might i ask what mods you are running now? the nittos seem to be working decently well for a street tire for me...
Modified TTR upper mount, OTTP stage2 trans mounts, OTTP dual pass heat exchanger, 2.8", stage2 belt, NGK plugs, 60s, RAW 3" intake, AIS trunk mount-90/10-methanol/water @10gph coming on at 4psi, Hahn header, Hahn 3" downpipe, Hahn 3" catback, 24.5* timing. then just the usual weight reduction: seats, entire trunk, spair, blah blah blah
well i've got some things i need to buy anyway. clutch, oil breather cap or a catch can with a breather filter, lsd tranny, coilovers, and i'm gonna go ahead and get slicks instead of radials
oh yeah my trap speed woulda been way higher if i didn't have to slow down to pretty much a complete stop hahah.
i dunno though, i'm goin to the track again tomorrow and see how it does there
