those are some werid times. I have seen faster and slower for some oif those cars.

Back in the day it was common for cars to be seceretly tuned by the manufactuer so the magazines got better times. Plus they did have crappy tires.

 

They were done last week on the speed channel. They did it because of that reason. That's what they ran the best of three times.

 

Not just the tires, but they were heavier than Rosie O'Donnell at a buffet.

I like the Hurst Olds and Hemi Challenger...The Hemi Challenger they uses had a clutch that was about to go out, so that time might have been a tenth or three lower, but that's what they ran on the show.
