Well, at least we know some TC owners know how to use their powerband hahah. 2.39 60' with a 9.08 1/8 and 13.59 1/4 is excellent. Grab some slicks and go run mid 12s!
Trifecta 22psi tune, zzp Catless dp, k&n Sri. With a few adjustments to the tune, some mounts to help with wheel hop and abit more seat time I should be able to get a low 13, ill be shooting for 12's next summer with a tire.
Sent from my Samsung Galaxy S4 using CobaltSS
Beat a new Dodge Challenger rt last night with a 13.82@107
I only got one pass in because it was packed worse than I've ever seen it(waited over an hour to make my one pass)
I shifted a hair early going from 2nd to 3rd and felt the car bog a bit.
Didn't get a chance to work on fixing that.
Eh well, there's always next Thursday

New time :)
Went to Toronto Motorsports again with my new 24.5'' tall slick and got my fastest number with my 06 cobalt ss/sc. Ran a 13.85 @ 101.59....the other guy in the 350Z ran a 15.43....he wasn't impressed he got beat by a girl....still have some tweaks to do and practice more with having slicks on so hopefully next time I go up itll run a bit better. Yep definitely room to improve but not bad at all. Hell I haven't even made a pass on slicks yet, let alone anything in over a year haha. I bet I'm gonna be rusty as hell. But even still I would put money on a stock lsj being able to pull a 1.89 on slicks.

Edit. Just watched the video. Rip that burnout! That's not enough heat with that burnout. Don't worry about breaking an axle or damage to the clutch, if you're in the water it'll spin much easier than you think.

A decent launch will look like this. I say decent cause I'm modest and really don't have anything to compare it to otherwise. 2.05 60' on a street tire.
Yeah definitely have to do a much bigger burnout still learning how lol. And have to adjust my ebrake big time it doesn't hold very well..I just need to get more seat time too..
Went to track a week or 2 ago. Having some vvt issues. Car looses power suddenly during a pull. Not fun at all. Only managed to do a 14.5 with a 2.395 60ft because of it. Too embarassed to want it posted up lol. Hoping to find my issue soon(thinking its bad wiring) and head back. Take my radials with me next time also.
