Trouble at the track!!
I'm going to need proof that it was not the shift linkage. Most likely you blew out your drivers side axle. It will FEEL like you broke your shift linkage, unless you've done it before then it becomes a warm shitty feeling.
Problem is I ran that when it was 40 degrees out I ran 14.7 when it was 95 degrees. I am also at 4000 ft above sea level. so hell I dont know. I do plan on getting nitrous soon so I get the cooling and the hp
4000ft will certainly explain alot of your et/trap woes.
though with a 2.9 S2, you should still be hitting 100mph...
i would expect your times to be more around the 14.1-14.3@ 100-101mph area
14.5 is a decent time though with only 97mph at the traps.
so it appears its not your driving

yea, I don't think it's his driving either. I think it's the power output. although the elevation has partly to do with it, the heat is the major issue here. whatever the outside temp is, isn't going to affect your iat2's that much. the blower is just spinning and making heat and the laminova cores aren't getting cooled efficiently with just the stock h/e. that's the problem right there.
