Im looking to replace the stock clutch in my '09 SS T/C. I was thinking of going with a spec stage 3+. Im not making much power now, but I may do a turbo swap further on down the line (maybe a couple of years, but i figure might as well prepare for it now) shooting for high 400 WHP. It the says the stage 3+ goes to like 550 tq so thats why i was considering it. I've read good things about the spec clutches but I've read in some cases the clutches slipping only like 3000-4000 after install, if i invest the 750 in a spec stage 3+ i would hope it would last longer than that! Anyway, what do you guys think? Are there any better clutches out there for the money?
