Spec Stage 3+ and the SPEC flywheel compared to the Exedy kit is so close. Both are great kits.

I have the Spec Stage 3 with the 6 puck disk and flywheel. The stage 3+ is just a stage 4 pressure plate and full disk. I talked to the reps at spec and he talked me into getting the stage 3 vs the 3+. He also suggested there new -2 product as it was specifically designed for our cars. give them a call. They are more than happy to explain everything. the stage 3 in comparison to the 3+ according to spec actually has better streetability and you save 300 bucks. I also don't care what anyone says but if your going to change the clutch spend the extra 100 US and by a new slave cylinder / throw-out bearing it will save you hassles in the lone run.

check it out on there web site and again phone them. do your research.

cheers

Exedy FTW.

Besides with the Exedy you get a clutch/flywheel/and pressure plate.
