Clutch Help!

ok so my clutch currently on my car is slipping alot, so i need 2 order a new one and am not sure as to what to order. The car has just bolt-ons as of now but i have plans in the next few months for it so i need a clutch that would be good for around 280-310whp or so. any advice would be awesome

if your getting the clutch, get a flywheel as well.


and then with the new clutch, watch how you shift and dont floor the gas pedal as your shift and try and not dump that clutch. your car would love you a whole lot better!!!

lol ya. what exactly is the benifit of getting a lighter flywheel i have done a few searches and have'nt found much?

I believe revs much faster, maybe a HP here or there.

To me no, I jsut ordered a clutch. Im happy with my ol` 2.2 haveing 210whp thats plenty for me. No need to add little things

from what I noticed it accelerates slightly faster and it also helps people with the lead foot and have a hard time to drive. Its also based on style of driving. I have a bad tendency to dump the clutch with little gas and i made my clutch slip a bit.

So with a flywheel, I made my car easier to drive for myself.


I think its worth the money tho. I felt a difference in driving the car and made me feel more like a corvette
